Break in Play & Self Exclusion

2. Go to Settings > Account.
3. Select Request Break in Play
4. Choose your exclusion period (24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 60 days, or 90 days)

To request exclusion from gameplay:

1. Log in to your Gains.com account.
2. Go to Settings > Account.
3. Select Request Self Exclusion.
4. Choose your exclusion period (6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 5 years, or indefinitely).

To request exclusion from gameplay:

• Your account will be suspended from gameplay activities for the chosen duration.
• You will no longer be able to access casino games or participate in sweepstakes contests.
• Your account will automatically unlock only after your exclusion period has ended.
